ZOYCIN INJ 4.5 GM is a hospital-use intravenous antibiotic that combines Piperacillin 4 g and Tazobactam 500 mg per vial. It is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat serious bacterial infections, particularly those caused by resistant bacteria.
